Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Kaja Beauty products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in gently used or new condition to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and attach it to your return package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original box if possible and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
